Education Centre - Auditorium

The Auditorium can be booked for large meetings, training or education sessions. It is located on level four of the main building of Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. Teleconference line needs to be booked ahead of time via Bankstown Hospital ITC.

Capacity:Seats up to 180 people (COVID-19 reduced capacity up to 25 people)
This room is equipped with:

• Data Projector and Computer (with standard SWSLHD desktop configuration)
• Videoconferencing facilities
• Teleconferencing facilities
• Phone
• Teleconferencing facilities

Education Centre - Conference Room 1

Conference Room 1 can be booked for meetings, training or education sessions. It is located on level four of the main building of Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. It is set up in a tutorial configuration. To use the Data Projector and computer collect the key from the library prior to the meeting. This room can accommodate teleconferencing. Please book the teleconferencing equipment when booking the room. The teleconference equipment will need to be collected from the Library prior to the meeting. Multi-line teleconference is to be booked through Hospital ITC prior to the meeting.

Conference Room 2 can be booked for meetings, training or education sessions. It is located on level four floor of the main building of Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. It is set up in a tutorial configuration. To use the Data Projector and computer collect the key from the library prior to the meeting. This room can accommodate teleconferencing. Please book the teleconferencing equipment when booking the room. The teleconference equipment will need to be collected from the Library prior to the meeting. Conference Room 3 can be booked for meetings, training or education sessions. It is located on level four of the main building of Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. It is set up in a boardroom/meeting room configuration. Bookings in this room can be subject to relocation or cancellation to accommodate Guardianship Tribunal Hearings as required. To use the data Projector and computer collect the key from the library prior to the meeting. This room can accommodate teleconferencing or videoconferencing. Please book the teleconferencing or videoconferencing equipment when booking the room. The teleconference or videoconferencing equipment will need to be collected from the Library prior to the meeting.
