Room Bookings in the Macarthur Clinical School

This form is for bookable rooms located in the Macarthur Clinical School Building:

To check availability of these rooms, use MS Outlook calendar. You can also book Library Group Rooms 1 and 2 via Outlook. See the helpsheet: MCS Outlook Instructions.

Once your booking form has been processed by Library staff a confirmation calendar invitation will be sent to you. If there are any problems with the booking we will contact you.

Note the Teaching Spaces 25 and 26 in the MCS lower ground floor are only to be used for training and education and bookings need to be approved by Educational and Organisational Development Service (EODS) staff.

Rooms located in Macarthur Clinical School - including the Lecture Theatre, the Library Computer Room and Group Rooms, and the CEWD Teaching Spaces.

  • MCS - Lecture Theatre

    This room is setup in tiered seating and is only used for presentations and conferences not meetings. The Lecture Theatre is located on the Ground Floor of the Macarthur Clinical School Building on Parkside Crescent. Entry is via a bridge from the Hospital Carpark to the Ground Floor. If you are having Catering Delivered make sure it includes coffee, milk, sugar, cups, plates as the kitchen has no supplies.

    This room is equipped with:

    - Built in Audio-Visual Equipment
    - Videoconferencing
    - Crying Room
    - Full kitchen with a hot water urn, fridge and microwave
    - Foyer Area

    Capacity:

    Seats up to 150 people

    Clinical Library - Computer Lab

    This room is setup with 11 computers. The computer lab is only to be used for training sessions not meetings. The Library is located on the Ground Floor of the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Entry is via a bridge from the Hospital Carpark to the Ground Floor. If you require access outside Library Hours (Mon-Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm) please contact the Library 4634-3944 to arrange to collect a swipe card for after hours access.

    - 11 computers with internet connection
    - Trainer's Computer
    - Whiteboard
    - After Hours access available

    Clinical Library - Group Room 1

    This room has a table and 10 chairs and can be used for small groups, interviews and meetings. The Library is located on the Ground Floor of the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Entry is via a bridge from the Hospital Carpark to the Ground Floor. Access is Mon-Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm ONLY.

    This room is equipped with:

    - Built in Equipment
    - Internet connection
    - Monitor for connection to laptop (Need to provide own laptop)
    - Whiteboard

    Capacity:

    Seats up to 10 people

    Clinical Library - Group Room 2

    This room has a table and 10 chairs and can be used for small groups, interviews and meetings. The Library is located on the Ground Floor of the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Entry is via a bridge from the Hospital Carpark to the Ground Floor. Access is Mon-Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm ONLY.

    - Internet connection
    - Videoconferencing
    - Teleconferencing
    - Whiteboard

    Capacity:

    Seats up to 12 people

    CEWD - Teaching Space 25

    This room is only used for training and educations sessions not meetings. Teaching Space 25 is located on the lower ground floor in the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Please see Staff in the CEWD Office for access to this room. CEWD is located on the Lower Ground Floor of the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Enter via the Ground Floor & then down the stairs or take lift to the Lower Ground Floor.

    - Beverage bar outside the room

    Capacity:

    Seats up to 30 people


    CEWD - Teaching Space 26

    This room is only used for training and educations sessions not meetings. Teaching Space 26 is located on the lower ground floor in the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Please see Staff in the CEWD Office for access to this room. CEWD is located on the Lower Ground Floor of the Macarthur Clinical School Building. Enter via the Ground Floor & then down the stairs or take lift to the Lower Ground Floor.

    - Beverage bar outside the room

    Capacity:

    Seats up to 30 people

Rooms located in Camden Hospital including the Heritage Auditorium, the Harry Potter Group Room, the UMCCC Seminar Room and the UMCCC Tutorial Room.

  • Heritage Auditorium - Main Building 

    This room has six tables and 50 chairs and can be used for training, education sessions, presentations and meetings. The Heritage Auditorium is located in the old Hospital Building at Camden. If you have any Audio Visual Equipment Bookings or require assistance in using the Video-conferencing Unit please contact Administration at Camden 4654 6005.

    This room is equipped with:

    - Built in Audio-Visual Equipment
    - Videoconferencing
    - Large Screen
    - Whiteboard
    - Kitchen facilities outside of room

    Capacity:

    Seats up to 50 people


    Harry Potter - Group Room

    This room has one table and 25 chairs and can be used for training, education sessions, presentations and meetings. The Harry Potter Group Room is located in the old Hospital Building underneath the stairs near Palliative Care. If you have any Audio Visual Equipment Bookings or require assistance in using the Video-conferencing Unit please contact Administration at Camden 4654 6005.

    UMCCC - Seminar Room

    This room has one table and 40 chairs and can be used for small groups, presentations and meetings. UMCCC Seminar Room is located in the main hospital building in the University Clinics at Camden Hospital. If you have any Audio Visual Equipment Bookings or require assistance in using the Video-conferencing Unit please contact Administration at Camden 4654 6005.

    UMCCC - Tutorial Room

    This room has one table and 10 chairs and can be used for small groups, presentations and meetings. UMCCC Tutorial Room is located in the main hospital building in the University Clinics of Camden Hospital. If you have any Audio Visual Equipment Bookings or require assistance in using the Video-conferencing Unit please contact Administration at Camden 4654 6005.
